Raw Superfood Energy Bars

*Use all organic ingredients if possible*

  • 1/2 cup cacao butter
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons raw sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut nectar
  • 1 tablespoon raw flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw cocoa nibs
  • 1 tablespoon raw unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon raw goji berries
  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoon raw almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • pinch of pink salt

For tahini/chocolate drizzle:

2 tablespoons of each (more or less) drizzled on top.

Melt the chocolate of your choice. I used dairy free mega chunks by Enjoy Life and simply melted with hot water.


Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a grainy texture and slightly sticky dough forms. Press into pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until cool. 20 min. Take out and top with drizzles of organic tahini and melted chocolate chips.
