9-10 Bliss balls
Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. (I like a smooth consistency) usually takes 1-2 minutes blend time.
I roll into balls and put into the fridge, but they taste amazing room temperature.
I love these bliss balls because not only do they curb my sugar craving, they are filling from the healthy fats and collagen and low sugar/ low glycemic.
